Dr Jordan McGrath is a general cardiologist and cardiac imaging specialist with particular expertise in echocardiography, cardiac CT and cardiac MRI. He is passionate about the role of non-invasive imaging in the early detection and management of cardiovascular disease.

Dr McGrath completed his medical degree with Distinction at the University of New South Wales, followed by Physician and Advanced Cardiology Training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney. He later undertook further subspecialty training in echocardiography and completed a high-volume fellowship in cardiac CT and MRI at the Advanced Cardiac Imaging Centre at St Vincent’s Hospital.

Clinically, Dr McGrath manages a broad range of cardiac conditions including coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, valvular heart disease and cardiovascular risk factors. He has a particular interest in the use of cardiac CT in risk assessment and the prevention of coronary disease.

As a member of the EHS Medical Advisory Panel, Dr McGrath contributes specialised imaging expertise to support the accuracy and relevance of cardiovascular assessment protocols.
