Luna is an Exercise Scientist with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Technology Sydney. She joined Executive Health Solutions in July 2025 and is passionate about applying exercise science to support preventative health and wellbeing. Luna is focused on helping clients improve their performance and long-term health through practical, evidence-based strategies that build sustainable habits.
